Great Experience
I had an outstanding experience with Ram Roofing. The response was very quick, and the communication was excellent. Had multiple calls, texts, and E mails throughout the process. The production manager as well as quality control contacted as well. The salesperson/consultant/ Nick was polite, down to earth and transparent with everything. Did not pressure at all and consulted and also tarped on separate Saturdays which was not expected. As far as the work, I was not present but was there when material got delivered, work was fast, very neat and honestly unless you knew that you were having work done, there was no sign of them anywhere other than a new roof, cleanup was that good, probably left it better than when they arrived. Outstanding process from start to finish, great warranty and pri e was reasonable. Big thank you and I would recommend over and over. One more thing, their website is 100 percent accurate, I was surprised to see they worked in my area since they are located about an hour and a half away. 5 stars....highly recommend
Roof Leak Remedy
I have a 3 year old roof that began leaking this past weekend. The bad news is the drip was through a light fixture in our kitchen. The GOOD news is the rapid and professional response by Shawn at RAM. A ceiling drip can make for an unpleasant day, but Shawn provided exceptional troubleshooting and then job repair oversight and follow up. Highly recommend!!!
Excellent Experience
Excellent experience with this company. Danielle and Jim were very polite and easy to work with to get the process started and underway. These two were also very prompt with communication. Christopher Asher the Production Manager, was very good at communicating the dates, times, and intentions of the crew. The crew did a fantastic job and completing fast. Also cleaned up site like they were never there. Overall, very pleased with this company and would recommend if needing a roof. I can't thank you folks enough.

In late April, our home in Southwest Iowa, was hit by large hail. We had damage to siding, windows, roof, and vinyl fencing. The group from Ram Roofing and Solar stopped by our house a week later and we so glad they did!! Jeremy Gibbs helped us through the entire process. He was thorough while ordering and getting things scheduled. Communication with him allowed us to be assured that things would be done as promised. We are very pleased with the work that Ram Roofing and Solar completed for our home. Well done everyone connected with this great company!!!

Danielle and Austin came and analyzed our situation. They were thorough and extremely professional as they explained our problems and their solutions. The price was reasonable. The team re-shingled our 6 condo units in two days. Great workers who cleaned up afterwards. I love our new roof. I highly recommend Ram Roofing and Solar.
